Over the Christmas Holiday…I received a card from one of my collectors. And it really was a wonderful gift because she reminded me that the thing she loved most about my work was that the spirit of the horse had been captured in the painting.
She is right, of course. The quality that we admire most about these animals is their incredible spirit. And as I watched them this week running, jumping, playing and just rejoicing in life–I knew that I had to paint that spirit again…
And so I present to you my latest work:
